What happens if it rains?
Rain or Shine, we are here to Plunge. Your safety is our priority, in the event of CAT 1 (Lighting Alert), we will cease plunging and resume once its clear.

How often do I need to do cold plunges to get the benefits?
Andrew Huberman says around 11 minutes of deliberate cold exposure split into 2-3 (separate) sessions should be the minimum required to achieve the benefits. As everyone is different, we will work with you to find the frequency and duration that works best for you.
How clean is the water?
We require a pre-entry rinse for all our customers prior to entering the cold plunges. We also have regular water changes after each major session. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and these practices help us maintain clean and inviting cold plunge water for your enjoyment.
What do I need to bring?
Just something to get wet in and spare dry clothes. We provide outdoor shower facilities to rinse down before and after the plunge.
Can I go for a longer duration?
If time permits, we will allow this; however, in fairness to other members, we may limit the time. If you would like to go for a longer duration, we advise you to book in the less busy periods (you can see slot availability in the Cold Plunge SG app). In saying this, we do not recommend customers plunge beyond 5 minutes as there is little to no evidence of any benefit.
It's my first time and this sounds really cold - I'm not sure if I can do this?
Don't worry! Our sessions are guided so we will be with you every step of the way to make sure you know what to expect, how to do it safely, and how to stay in!
Should i eat before coming for a plunge?
Try to consume something light within 30 mins of your plunge.
